Taco Rotary Dryer.Further improves thermal efficiency by using the advantages of both through flow drying and rotary drying.

The taco rotary dryer is a rotary dryer with a unique construction. The main pipe is fixed inside a rotary shell and several hot air blowing pipes are connected to the main pipe.
The taco rotary dryer was developed independently by Yamato Sanko, and its high thermal efficiency and economical performance makes it suitable even for medium to high volume processing.

Features

  • 1. Raw materials of any shape can be dried, including granular and clumped materials.
  • 2. Minimal scooping, therefore raw material damage is minimized.
  • 3. Fast drying speed because the air is directly applied to the raw material.
  • 4. Low airflow volume for minimal dusting.
  • 5. High holding capacity for raw materials reduces the area required for the machine.
  • 6. Drying with low temperature gas is also supported, enabling the use of exhaust gas. (From 100°C)
